Rental conditions
To reserve the apartment, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the rental amount and the balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises.
We also ask for a security deposit of € 800.
A rental contract is established for each rental.
The apartment is available on Saturdays from 5 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on Saturday.
The keys are to be collected from the Conciergerie des Montagnes.
